added new dome map, as well as a variation where the goals are the other way round called dome goalflip

added quantum bagels to all maps apart from the new map, the quantum bagels allow you to teleport to them with right click

removed throw bind from game

fixed spectator bug

fixed timer desync hopefully, cant test without another person
